After waking up from his (reduced to one) alarm, Pu Li Ming would send Zhou Fi Hai a ‘good morning’ message. When the other doesn’t receive any past 10 or so minutes, he immediately knows that the younger slept through his alarm. Then a call would flash on Pu Li Ming’s phone, finally startling him awake with the volume of the sound with the vibration. Then the younger sleepily greets the other with a good morning after picking up. Zhou Fi Hai only laughs and tells him to go and have breakfast with his Mother.
Once the call is done, Pu Li Ming sleepily makes his way down to the kitchen where his mother would be finishing up on breakfast. Pu Li Ming goes straight to where their cutlery is stashed and starts setting up the table.
Together, they eat their breakfast in a comfortable and soft atmosphere as Pu Li Ming slowly starts to wake up.
Afterward, he goes to brush his teeth and wash his face. Then he changes into his uniform after toweling his face dry.
Before entering his car, he goes through a small list of things he would need every day with him so he doesn’t forget and fret through the rest of the day.
Once he’s sure he has all of them, he enters his car and makes his way to University.

Aside from classes, Pu Li Ming makes steady progress on his project.
They were tasked with a big project to be passed for that subject’s final term and this said project would have the biggest impact on their grades.

After the end of class time during schooldays, he gets to hang out with Zhou Fi Hai himself.

Some days, Zhou Fi Hai is too busy doing work. But the two still make the time to video call instead.
Then the older man helps Pu Li Ming out with the day’s lecture or an assignment.
In between working on Pu Li Ming’s schoolwork, the two talk about each other’s day. By the end of it all, Pu Li Ming spent his evenings at home with his mother.
Pu Li Ming accompanies his mother in the kitchen, chatting with her about their day, and assisting when she needs help.
Then they all sit down to eat. Sometimes Zhou Fi Hai joins them. And they all talk and laugh over dinner.
After it ends, Pu Li Ming clears the table while Zhou Fi Hai does the dishes.

After dinner, Pu Li Ming would go upstairs to his room after bidding his mom goodnight and escorting Zhou Fi Hai to the door for a farewell.
He goes into the bathroom for his short routine. He scrubs his face with a face cleanser Zhou Fi Hai had picked for him (after Pu Li Ming asked about it) and brushes his teeth.
Afterwards, Pu Li Ming would change his clothes, and then sit at his desk to continue his project. More often than not, he instead has Zhou Fi Hai on speaker in a call instead of playing music.
Zhou Fi Hai has mastered conversing in a way that doesn’t quite distract him.
The younger is really glad to have the man for support and as a great soundboard to have back-to-backs with his plans.
