this one’s a HE actually so maybe you might… if you can stay until the end of the first volume, that is haha but if you’re faint-hearted, then i wouldn’t recommend for your own sake. the novel incorporates a bunch of psychological elements that might be hard to digest. something where your own morals come into play as well, if that makes sense.

i can’t directly reply to your question so i’ll be using that comment to answer instead! there are a total of 10 chapters in the first volume but as you can see, i break those down into more chapters since it would be too long otherwise. as such, i’d say around 20-25 chapters?

They love each other since the beginning, but the gong feel ashamed of his status and “concluded” that shou wont like him. The shou “roundabout” that they should get together but gong misinterprets it that shou is making fun of him.
I thing that gong kind of making his wife— Raphael a rebound to his love to shou but along the way, he learn to love him, thus, his death is really killed him, especially with a child on top of that and the scandalous way he die. RIP.
But srsly, shou suffered so much, if I’m in his shoes (pray not) i might be gone crazy. He made decisions and he keep on atoning for it. I just wish they both find happiness.
