Translator's Note

Barbie Bear, but pretty sure ‘Barbie’ is a brand so this translator used pinyin.

Translator's Note

W is short for 萬, which is X0,000. So the dress’s starting price is 20,000 yuan. About $3,000 USD. 100,000 yuan is about $16,500 USD (for the next text).

Translator's Note

It means admiring a certain someone’s good-looking appearance.

Translator's Note

Original is ‘sport shoes’. But this translator thought sneakers have a pretty big collector market, correct me if I’m wrong.

Translator's Note

For my US readers, 5 ft 9 inches.

Translator's Note

So in Chinese, we have cake flavor cake, not to be confused with fruit cake you eat in Christmas. Think of strawberry cream cake with more variety of fruit.

Translator's Note

Side character staff will be a dude. To make this translator’s job easier.

Translator's Note

Author promised after 150,000, we are at about 139k.

  1. I follow the manhua and yup you’ve surpassed it!

TBH I don’t get what’s wrong with a knock-off but I’ll just accept it’s a plot thing lol. Omg the best is gonna fall off soon!!!!! That’s exciting hehe

    Thank u for the update!!

    • I counted the VIP chapters, that’s why I haven’t pass it yet. The whole calling Yang Juan for wearing a knock-off is to smudge his image really, also like you said, in the name of plot xD

  2. Thanks for the chapter.

After the previous chapter I couldn’t wait so I google tld a few chapters so I guess ill just wait till the rest is all tl’d.

  3. This plot seems to revert from big He being doxxed wrongly, his looks and wealth being questioned. Then it also came the same for small Juan Juan. Because Juan Juan treated He Lang the same, he reciprocated this and protected Juan Juan.

If I overthink this shallow plot, my analysis is that. Juan Juan will be more guilty and more afraid to tell He Lang his gender because He Lang is good to him and for all that he had done.

  4. There is nothing wrong with wearing a knockoff dress as long as it looks good on you ah. This girl is just making trouble for other people, she looks desperate. I hate girls who’s desperate of the boy’s attention. It lowers the standard of women.

    Thank you for the update❤

  5. 😑 I feel stupid for not thinking about the dress!!! Of course a boy wouldn’t know if the dress he bought is a brand clothe or not. But why do people get so agitated over it? It may be true that wearing fakes is not the way to go, but really it’s non of their business and some people can just not afford the brand stuff. 😓 Aww, but sending a box full of dresses…. Isn’t he going overboard. One would surely have been enough to convey the thought. 😂

  6. If you’re not celebrity who advertising knock-off, why is a problem? It’s more asian thing I think

Thank you for your translation 💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝

  7. i remember last year, a korean celeb got their career cancelled for wearing knock offs — though i honestly don’t see what’s wrong with it. the internet can be scary.
