Odin’s Flash is pure technique that he named it himself (or others named it) and Jiuzhou’s Flash maybe is a skill that instantly teleported him to somewhere (limited range). Did I get the use if technique and skill right? Or maybe Jiuzhou learned Odin’s Flash but like VIctor he can’t do it for prelude to intense damage, only to run for an escape?
I thought Odin had all techniques and used no game skills. Here it says his shadow jump is in cooldown because it’s a skill.
