I’m of two minds about this. I feel bad for him, but I both dislike and think it’s practical that he killed them all. The saying extinguish the grass from the roots doesn’t exist for nothing. Is it possible they could have brought back the children and changed them, maybe but these kids were used to slaves taking care of them and had learned to beat and abuse people when they weren’t satisfied.
