What does the sealed demon have to do with all this? Also if plate soul is one of the other sealed demons in the five continent, doesn’t his existence kinda messes the timeline up ?

Xuans were the Royals in Myriad Era Pre-war, & Yans are the Royals in Post-war Era- Already stated in initial stage of story.
Lin Xuanzhi is part of Xuan Clan & Yan Tianhen is from Yan Clan.
Also, Soul in the soul-plate is not complete. It’s only a wisp. No one knows its past other than it is from pre-war era.
