Divi: PUBG was and still is extremely riddled with bugs. There are a lot of glitches in the game, and while I haven’t experienced a match with no guns but has crossbows—I have experienced in Miramar, where I landed and everyone had to wait around for the rest of the loot to spawn (armor and med were there but no weapons, not even a frying pan). In that game, most people just killed each other with fists until the loot spawned like 5~ mins in.

Most people do play out the match as best they can though.

You can instantly knock down a person with 1 body shot… It does 105 damage to someone with no armor.

If you headshot, even with a level 3 helmet, it’s a 1 hit KO.

The caveat of course, is that you have to have your sight directly on the person, the precision requirement is much higher than a gun.
