  1. Glad the adoption was just bull – seemed too far-fetched. Boss Yi’s parents are nice – just need to communicate more with their son.

Boss Yi’s relatives are the worst – embezzling money out of a children’s home 🤬Thanks for the chapter 💕

  2. What the hell? I was this close to stabbing mother yi and father yi. Turns out they are not that bad. Good for you yi chen.

    Thanks for the chapter ♥️♥️♥️

  3. Good that this adoption drama was actually a misunderstanding. The parents probably feel that they’ve let Yi Chen down. And I’d say, Yi Chen’s temperament is naturally on the cold side, which probably adds to the impression he’s unhappy and wants to distance himself from them.

Thank you for the chapter ❤

P.S. A s always, Yanyan is sweet and considerate 😊

  4. I’m really glad it was all a misunderstanding!! Yi Chen was really sad, even If he didn’t say it. They can now work Hard to improve their relationship, his parents are a little awkward with him but that can be changed. Ahhhhh how sweet.

    Thanks for the chapter!

  5. Ok, so Boss Yi’s parents aren’t bad, but both sides srsly need to communicate more to prevent any more misunderstandings. Also, when Yanyan said he wanted to donate… 💘💘💘 god, he’s so sweet

    Thanks for the chapter! 🙂

  6. They don’t need to adopt when you brought s as mother child home. I bet they’re going to baby the deal out of Yanyan 😆

  7. that was a very good clear up of the misunderstanding!!

yi chen being strangely relieved also shows that he cares as well and his parents also seem to want to make their relationship better!

    such a sweet chapter!

    thank you for the update!

  8. Ahhh I’m glad it’s only misunderstanding… Somehow I also take and release a loooong breath when Mother Yi explain…

  9. As we all thaught, that uncle was just lying for his own benefits…

But good thing, now Boss Yi can be happy again :3

    Thx for the ch (≧▽≦)/

  10. What a great life to have a bf who doted and loves you so much that he willing to spent money on you without any thinking. Yanyan ahhh. You’re really lucky 😂

  11. I’m glad that the adoption won’t happen but still, Mother and Father Yi should be responsible and spend more time with Yi Chen. Especially that their son is opening up, they should try their best to make it up for those years they are abroad.

  12. Ahhh Ahhh. Boss Yi’s uncle is an utter trash. I wish I could hammer that trash for Boss Yi

  13. I’m freaking bawling here! (TT⌓TT ) I didn’t know I was such a crybaby… (ಥ◡ಥ ) I’m glad the misunderstanding was solved, never trust trash relatives Boss Yi!! Trash only brings trash…

  14. I’m happy that Yi Chen’s parents still care about their son but I wish they would communicate more, doesn’t matter what relationship it is, communication is one of the most important keys

    • Of course it’s very important that it’s a two way street, I hope Yi Chen opens up a bit to let them talk to him instead of treating them coldly

  15. Ahhh I knew it! Yi Chen almost breaking had me doubting for a second there but I knew that we hadn’t heard from the people themselves yet! I’m glad that she’s regretting being so nice and that she actually has a spine. You’d think she’d give her son this info sooner tho to finally get those leeches off his back 😭

  16. I’m glad to know I wasn’t wrong to dislike Yi Chen’s parents at the beginning. Like I mentioned in a previous chapter, the issue is communication and the lack of time spent with him. I hope they reach out more often to him, and vice versa 😊
