Agree with ya Xida, but it has always been like this, the author always wrote it like this, example when ke xun feeling suspicious of certain things or know about something but not telling his concern to Mu Yiran/ anyone and regard this at least as a clue.. It has been like that, then the ending is like a round about way of what kx actually found, not precise but do hv connections to it…
