    Ah honestly I don’t like this Chang Ye character that disregard other people by taking away that pearl without permission, crush it to nothingness, and even lies and acting innocent about it. The pearl doesn’t even do any harm. And it’s somehow like the results of Qin Jun’s honest power and ‘affection’ competition with Li HuanHan.. and he just steals and disregard it just like that!!! Ugh, I feel so annoyed.. (I usually feel like this for fake white lotus character who is not MC/ML.. this Chang Ye change my mind. Even if you’re ML, it’s still annoying, wow I’m ranting TnT )

    And I really love Jiang Yinghe filter.. too strong to even think less of his disciples hahahha, gosh, what will happen when it hits his foot in the future lights candle

    And I’m also curious what is the value that progress bar actually represent…

    • well i mean. there’s also the fact that the pearl comes from a devil like him. a dragon that is basically of the same species. so not only did he feel that as the archdevil, he has the right to do whatever he wants with one of his ‘kin’s possessions, but he prolly also saw it as an affront, like qin jun defacing him to look good to shizun. so i thought it was understandable, if sad for qin jun, bc the competition between the disciples basically involves dunking on each other and the sinister-ness of their species/motives.

  11. I, for one, am still enjoying the yandere disciples. Quite hilarious that they all think the others are evil while they are good husband material. Our MC has moments so close to having clarity sometimes! He won’t realize until it’s far too late, I think. Though it’s also clear to see it’s been too late ever since he picked up the first disciple… may the best gong win!

  32. So I research Chang Ye’s name a bit more, and although the characters 长夜 are different, the pronunciation is the same for the noun for intestinal juice 肠液. Someone who knows mandarin, is this intentional, or does it not matter? I am asking because I’ve been trying to create names for a xianxia story I’ve been writing but I don’t want to mess up and create stupid name that would make native speakers cringe. S.O.S (꒦ິ⌓꒦ີ*)
