But this is different. You can’t excuse the ML beating the MC up, after purposefully weakening him, and then have him truly fall in love with the MC later. He doesn’t even hesitate to change his gender, he just treats him like an object, and I can’t see how that perspective of him will or can change.
I’ve read many novels with dubious consent before, but abuse stories wherr scum gongs and cheap shous unironically get together just aren’t my thing. I hope this arc turns for the better or at least the later arcs will improve.
