  1. Wow what a cute dinner date!💕 Just ignore the bugs👀

Also rip Rocard🕯 He will be missed (?)Thanks for the chapter~♡

  2. A sweet dinner date, let’s omit the menu. 😱 Scot clearly wants to go beyond being merely colleagues, and I so want to see this development finally happening. No more turtle pace, please. 🙏

🕯for Rocard. From now on he will be so busy that his feet won’t touch the ground, let alone stir other people’s business.

    Thank you for the chapter!!!

  3. Scott should thank Rocard for being his nosy wingman

  4. Heh Rocard, who let you be so meddlesome? Just let their feelings run their own course!

    Thank you for the chapter~

  5. bugs must be crunchy right? I imagine it’s like eating shrimps… [thank you for the chapter!]

  6. Because of how this novel is updated. It gets boring and sometimes I even forget what I have read. I understand that it’s hard but still…

  7. Cute dinner date, though after reading the comments I have to ask: why are you guys so shocked about the menu? For one thing clams aren’t bugs, they are mollusks (a group of animals that incorporates oysters, clams, snails, and squids/octopi). As for the “scorpion”, the novel makes it a bit unclear if it was a giant scorpion or just a scorpion-like lobster (crustaceans are good cooked). As for the actual bugs i’m not that disgusted (could just be me though), I can take eating a giant fried grasshopper leg over eating cheese with wild, living maggots in it any time of the year.

And if you want nasty, look up blood sausages or blood pudding.

    • ew, who eats that? what kind of cheese is that? nevermind, don’t answer! besides bugs look icky and disgusting and are often associated with uncleanness, trash, sickness, poison, that’s why it’s normal to be put off. My mother won’t even look at cooked shrimp!

Technically it’s not forbidden food. And it is so ironic that blood is haram like pig but I’ve never seen people calling either of them nasty as long as they can have their sausages 😬

    • I’m not a big fan of seafood to start with, just the texture and look and what I learned in biology makes them particularly “yucky” to me, I only eat few types of fish every once in a while, so if it’s an actual scorpion or a scorpion-like lobster makes little difference to me.

Secondly, I already dislike cheese (and cow’s milk) in most forms (except cheesecake, oddly enough), so thank you for the nightmares that Google search will surely bring 😂

Hate might be too strong a word but if I never have to see an insect in the next 10 years it won’t be too soon. So, the mental image of actually eating them is nothing short of puke-worthy.

Was this longass comment necessary? Not at all. I still felt like it, *shrug *

      Have a nice day!

  8. So no insect made dessert to finish off the meal course?

  9. The characters really like to cough in this novel, huh? 🤔
