This is probably the best redemption arc I have ever seen. Xiangyi has really thought through it but I wished that their relationship can be better. Not in the form of strangers but more of trusted ones in times of need.
Not defending her but coming from her own pov, it’s understandable why she wanted lixin dead. He’s literally the reason/why she’s dead in the first place of course she’ll develop some kind of hatred and fear towards him. But abandoning your brother at the last moment of Apocalypse, when you know the exact time and day it would started and even your dad told you to tell your brother, was a dumb move. Especially when they know that you are a perfectionist. And with the reason that you forgot? That was an even dumb move
