So actor Ming turning vampire is actually the premise. Maybe lady Rong and her father wad the descendants of the duke so her blood triggered something and killed all the humans in the vicinity as a consequential accident after the vampire duke awakened from his slumber? Meanwhile, the awakened duke first saw actor Ming, who was in the castle and thus ‘safe’, and fell in love so he turned him into a vampire? This arc is really interesting. The arcs become more and more interesting!
