I woke up one day with my shoulder killing me for some reason and relief patches or whatnot didn’t work. I just hoped for the best and got a back massage. I didn’t say anything specific to the masseuse but she definitely focused on the area where it hurt. After the session, my worries are gone like voila! Also, I hurt my shoulder last week by sleeping in awkward poses with the door open which let in cold air 😑 I agree with others on getting a massage. Just grab a family member/friend to do it. Or put on massage cream (the muscle pain relief kind- not for actual massage). Also to avoid hurting back/neck/shoulder in future do gentle stretching/rotating exercise (warm up first) whenever it looks like it might ache during work.💕

I’m two months late, but drinking wine in a hot bath helps with the shoulder pain. Before doing those two things – get a massage first. I have intense shoulder pain always on my right, since little. Hope your pain has been alleviated a lot by now. Jiayou!
