  1. Woot, caught this new update early for once! GZ sure hugged the right thigh to get his revenge on behalf of [redacted] cough his stolen identity! Don't worry GZ, QTY is absolutely not watching you from heaven! ^_-

    Translation suggestions:

    "Ultimately, what Qi Feng was capable of obtaining was only a gloomy, small house. However, there would occasionally be someone who’d enter the house to force-feed him to keep him alive." –> "Ultimately, all that Qi Feng could obtain was a dark little room room, and the occassional bit of sustenance that someone would stuff inside." (Basically he doesn't seem to be suicidal yet, so force feeding doesn't factor.)

    "but in the eyes of a Super Family" –> Eh, this suddenly gave me images of Superman/Supergirl/etc. I'd suggest some other wording… like, I dunno, "top tier aristocratic clan" or something of the like.

    "Even if his head wasn’t screwed on right" –> "Even if his mind wasn't that bright he could still see it. This scheme was too…"

    "All of his hard work would ultimately succeed in making him the most detestable brother in the Family." –> "All of his hard work would end up helping his most detested brothers in the Family."

  9. I kind of feel bad for that dude yes I know he deserves it buy his family is seriously horrible I hope at some point the rest of his family gets retribution so they can all crawl on the streets together. Family should share joy and sorrow as one.

  11. Wow ! It’s so rare that a Chinese novel doesn’t just eliminate the entire family of the culprit !

    Here is fine, the culprit and the people who found benefit in his actions were punished but other families members who didn’t have much to do with this whole thing weren’t too affected or even gained things !

  13. Whoah…..Rereading this humongous novel (we’re only what? one fifth down the translation?), I don’t even remember this Bai Person, but daaaaamn, ML’s plot was verrrrry sinister hahahahaha

  16. I’m happy with the Qi family, but feel a bit for that Bai character. Like death would have been kinder, but if he were smarter he’d escape from that city and getting treated coldly by his family is what he should have expected since they raised him to be like that – yeah, I’ve worked through my human empathy and am fine again XD
