The first phrase is 抵足而眠 – Di zu er mian, to sleep with feet touching, to have a close friendship. The second phrase is 同船共枕 – Tong chuang gong zhen, to sleep with a shared pillow, to be married.

  1. My heart is very full from their interactions. I am pretty sure that Tianheng is delibrately playing with Gu Zuo. There is no way GYTH did not realize how GZ is acting. He may not know the exact thing, but he knows something is up. He probably is also testing to make sure GZ is still loyal.

    • THANK YOU!! Like the back scrub, the getting super close, the changed position in bed, getting off the bird, I feel as though TH is doing it on purpose either to see the reaction or because he wants to slowly let GZ get use to being intimate with him like there is no way he’s innocent!

    Tianheng was definitely laughing inside the entire time; poor Ah Zuo. Realized he’s caught feelings for the male god and immediately gets the life teased out of him, ah~ Good for us readers… not so much Ah Zuo’s heart.

  8. The irony… Tianheng is being all flirty and seductive, but it all completely goes over Gu Zuo’s head precisely because his mind is already in the gutter. LOL.

    Translation notes:

    • lol there was a translators note a few chapter back where the translator said the author confirmed that Tianheng realized he was in love with Xiao Gu, so in this Tianheng already knows about his own feelings and is doing all of this on purpose.

          • The realization that GYTH loves GZ happens back in Chapter 326.

            Tianheng looked at Gu Zuo leaning on his own shoulder, and closed his mouth. He didn’t continue to speak.

            He quietly watched Gu Zuo for a while. Reaching out a hand, he took Gu Zuo into his arms. With the other hand, he supported Gu Zuo’s head, and softly pressed it against his shoulder. Just like this, Gu Zuo laid on his chest, held in an embrace against his heart.

            The mood was peaceful and serene.

            Tianheng lightly patted Gu Zuo’s back. Afterwards, he looked at his palm, which had moved without him realizing it. A rare trace of surprise flickered through his eyes.

            Shortly thereafter, his gaze became gentle once more.

            Tianheng faintly chuckled.

            Whatever. He had finally retrieved his Ah Zuo.
