  1. Bit of an exposition chapter. GZ has officially unlocked general telekinesis as a skill! :p

    Translation notes:

As Gu Zuo washed up, he sensed something and said –> As GZ washed up, he examined his condition and said

Once five hundred years were reached, no matter how special a person believed themselves to be, they would die if they didn’t make a breakthrough. –> Once they reached 500, now matter how exceptional they used to be…

As a result, in this world that respected martial arts, –> in this world where might makes right

  2. I want to see Ah Zuo use his power to fight epically! (Though I’m also ok with him being a soft little bun 🐇)

I also wonder when Tianheng’s feelings will change from amusement to eating tofu~

Thanks for the chapter, you update really fast!~🌸

P.D.: Now that I remember, whatever happened to that “lucky bastard” whose name I can’t recall….?

    • It already changed when he started doing it and thinking how “interesting” “his” Ah Zuo is…

He is just not really aware of the depth, since he never experienced it and he is a very rational (high IQ) person, so his emotions are a bit on the slower side

      😂

  3. Thank you Tetra!!!> According to Gu Zuo’s way of thinking, that playful joke just now was as if something had been unlocked…

ohohohoho. Tianheng, what’d you just unlocked huh? *eyeing if you’re just brazenly eating bigger tofu now*

  4. really REALLY want an official ranking system for this novel’s martial artists & pharmacists… 🧐🧐🧐

    • The author wrote a ranking system on their site. I translated this ranking system and you can look at it via a link on the I Have Medicine main page on this site.

  5. It’s interesting to get a small example of how pharmacists and martial artist conduct their power. The fact that Tianheng could mimic GZ hand gestures in the beginning just means he’s that much of a genius. GZ trying to draw inspiration from Tianheng about flight is like a duck asking a penguin how to swim. Both animals can do it but the execution is completely different

  6. Thanks for the chapter 😘 and I wonder, if ah zuo is ranked?what would be his rank? Would it be the same as that quasi-gold level pharmacist or higher? Can’t wait for the next chapter!! 😬

  7. ML : “you really… …Have gotten more and more interesting.”

Me: congratulations, you are nearing a breakthrough there, keep going…..

PS: Thank you so much for your beautiful translations. muahhh

  8. Xu Lingxiu has my heart honestly. I’m such a sucker for tsundere characters. His temper may be bad with arrogance that pierces the skies. But I’m sure that he’s very soft at heart.

  9. I really like reading each chapter. My complaint though is that the author seems to define Gu Zou with an appearance of a juvenile with short stature and small frame. The author could properly bring description the appearances of side characters, even the 3-meter Helian Xingfeng. But the short Zou’s appearance seems not justified. This makes me visualize Zou as someone of a small twinkish brat. And the thing with this chapter is that there is an insinuation of budding romance between Zou and Tianheng but I couldn’t help view Tianheng as a cradle snatcher or if I can harshly say it, he is like a pedo despite the three years of difference in their ages. LOL.

Anyways, that’s just my comment. Hoping for Zou’s growth transformation in succeeding chapters.

    • Thanks for reaching out about your concerns about the way the author portrays Gu Zuo.

If it’s any consolation, their heights are revealed in future chapters. When Gu Zuo is 20 years old, he’s 1.75 meters tall (5’7″). At the same time, Gongyi Tianheng is 23 years old, and he’s a little more than 1.9 meters tall (6’2″).

Also, any time the author makes a reference to a height of 3 meters, it’s almost always hyperbole.
