  4. Lolol at Gu Zuo learning how to fly out of deadly embarrassment XD. We’ve all been there QvQ

    Thanks for the chapter (/^▽^)/

  5. GZ’s shyness is a bit exaggerated, but so very hilarious. I’m sure his big brother will find a way to acclimatize him to the feeling, just like his “fear of heights”. 😉

    Translation notes:

Before a wick of incense could finish burning –> “一炷香” is a standard unit of time measurement in ancient China, either half an hour or half the 2-hour block. Dunno if you want to use that or if you want to stick to the more literal translation.

Unfortunately, it was too much of a coincidence. –> Unfortunately, its creation required too much coincidence.

it wasn’t necessarily possible to make the person who ruined it come forward to explain it clearly themselves. –> even the person who ruined would probably be unable to explain everything clearly.

Gu Zuo lifted his head and looked to the sky: “Big brother’s letting me take a break…” –> “Big brother, let me rest a while…”

    • Thanks for the corrections. I’d like to keep quirky time measuring like making a cup of tea or the burning of a joss of incense. It’s more interesting that way. 😀

  6. Some people become agressive when ashamed, but Gu Zuo just… blushes and flies because of embarrassment 😂 A pleasant surprise, indeed!

    Thank you for the chapter!

    🌸

  7. Ufufu~ Tianheng is so naughty (not that I’m complaining)~

  9. AH AH AH can u guys feel it the bud has finally sprouted I can’t wait for wn they finally get together😊

  10. Thnx 4 the chapter!

I noticed that you used merely a lot to start a sentence.

In fact, the word ‘merely’ is not really suitable to start a sentence. It is much better for you to replace it with ‘However’ instead. You could also replace ‘merely’ with the word ‘only’ to start a sentence, but between ‘However’ and ‘Only’, the former’s application is much more versatile than the latter, which make ‘However’ more suited to be used at the beginning of a sentence^^

Oh, and in the third last paragraph of this chapter, you could combine the first two sentence into one sentence:

1:He only had some seldom mischievous thoughts.

2:He just wanted to watch the amusing reactions of his little pharmacist.

1&2: He only had some rare mischievous thought and simply wanted to watch the amusing reactions of his little pharmacist

I changed some of the words with other synonyms that in my opinion help the sentence flow better, I hope my explanation can be of assistance to you;)

    • Hello, and thanks for commenting! I’ll take your suggestions into consideration when I go back to edit these older chapters. Depending on the circumstances, I tend to cycle between “only”, “merely”, and “it was just that”. Sometimes, I subconsciously favor one over the others.
