Translator's Note

Chinese numbers aren’t arranged in groups of three like 1,000 to 1,000,000, etc. Instead it’s in groups of four, so 三万万 is “three by ten thousand by ten thousand” and 三仡 is “three hundred million”. So translating this is a little awkward.
