Sun Fuyu spent the entire afternoon secretly teaching Wen-ge’s sword some defensive techniques. He spent a lot of time just convincing the sword, and finally coaxed it by saying, it’s not technically fighting, it’s defending! If you are unable to defend Wen-ge, what if someone else takes you away?

When Wen Zhihao returned from his trip collecting rocks and flowers, he saw that little tense frown on Sun Fuyu’s face as he communicated silently with the sword.   3. As someone with a fear of cats due to childhood trauma, I have pretend to be allergic to cats before. Maybe I should try petting them someday.

    • You definitely should!! But don’t pet any stray or agressive cats. Or just cats that don’t seem to be happy at the moment. If you know someone who owns a cat, you can try asking them if you can pet it! The best would be if you could with someone with a particularly gentle or welcoming cat.

  25. So i’m finally coming here to cleanse my soul after a (bowl of angst). I want to mention (if i ever did i’ll still do it) that WZ is probably one of the most best ML that i’ve ever seen. He’s really freaking mature that if you have a problem, he will solve immediately. He got patience, got his moralities right and he’s not possessive. I’m truly even wondering why some ML get possessive like do you not trust your lover or his capabilities? Fr. WZ respects and treats SF as his equal (this makes me really satisfied) and even if he’s not perfect. In my (and probably SF) perspective, WZ is the most flawless person possessed with great personality. I’m even questioning why are people not voting or commenting on this novel. Clearly the duo’s dynamic are top-notch.

    • I can’t express on how my bias perspective against (some) ML is crooked as you know the typical ones that can really irritate you to death (their personalities i mean) got enlightend when i read this novel and WZ. Well we also have Hua Cheng and Jun-Shao (etc.) But personally they are my favorites so far.
