    • No, what they were euphemistically referring to: CX was wondering why he (& medical check-ups) never discovered hormonal changes etc. etc. caused by a fertility cycle. Doctor said CX does have a fertility cycle, but unlike a woman’s monthly menstruation cycle, CX’s cycle is super-long (yearly, maybe?). So during the “normal” period his body seems like a regular male, and during the “abnormal” period his body goes haywire and that’s why previous doctors thought he had a terminal illness.

    • no. from my understanding he wasn’t misdiagnosed because he was pregnant. He was misdiagnosed because his body was developing into something that made it possible for him to conceive a child. His body was currently in the state of abnormality (due to the changes) when he took the examination and because the doctors had never seen something like it, they concluded that he’s terminally ill. If Chu Xun only cooperated with them to get treatment, they could’ve probably done more tests and monitor his condition which will give light to their misjudgment. Unfortunately Chu Xun refused to do so. So there. His body was succesfully developed. He went and sleep with Lin Yanchen and boom. He got pregnant. 😆
