18. Originally, I was reluctant to read this novel, but since I had nothing to read, I picked it up. Then I couldn’t put it down. When I did, I couldn’t stop thinking about it, it’s so good. I love the main couple and the relationships between the characters is one of my favorite aspects of this novel. I’m really sad it’s over, I wish it could continue forever…

20. Just finish reading it and it’s awesome though I wish the author elaborate the reaction of some of the characters such as song grandpa, grand ma, and qu grandpa regarding their relationship.

    I can’t grasp the explanation on how or why they reincarnated after a thousand years but I guess it will do.

33. I usually like this author but this time, I abandon around the chapter 64.

    I don’t enjoy their relationship enough : I find Yu Tang too forcefull in his will and I understand he’s used to be the emperor but …

    I think I’m okay with this type of umbalanced power in an ancient history setting (and most of the time they’re really devout and it’s more reinforce on the cunning side for the scheme) but in a modern one it frustrates me a lot. So even if I know it’s normal curve of learning for the characters, I’m not patient enough to “excuse it”.

    Same thing with some comments on the women in general etc

    I may try again at some point but right now I’m growing a bit bored of their situation.

    Anyway, I mostly comment to leave a note for myself 😀
